JDHgroup showcases Sonic Innovations at AAA 2011
April 6-9, 2011 - Chicago, Illinois
Each year the American Academy of Audiology holds their annual meeting called AudiologyNOW! JDHgroup recently worked with Sonic Innovations in preparing and installing their showcase exhibit at this years AAA show in Chicago.
AudiologyNOW! is the world's largest gathering of audiologists and creates an environment where participants come and explore the latest in hearing technology and network with colleagues from around the world.
At this years show, Sonic Innovations wanted to create an atmosphere of both hands on learning and education about new products and features, as well as provide a fun and engaging setting. JDHgroup provided an exhibit layout with several key features to achieve these goals.
As the main attraction, the "Sonic Showdown" game show was created to offer a change of pace from the sometimes stagnant booths that you'll find on the show floor. This feature gave contestants a real game show experience complete with dazzling host, questions, buzzers and prizes.
Two product demonstration areas gave visitors the chance to get up close and personal with each product line and dig deeper with questions that they might have. Attractive end caps on the stations solved the problem of showing very small products in a large area.
Comfortable seating areas and information desks rounded out the exhibit and completed what was determined to be a very successful show.

One suggestion: the lounge area needs attention. Maybe add some plants to the area. The furniture doesn't work for me either.
